My name is Daniel Caporusso, and I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and a Registered Nurse in Ontario. I know life can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to navigate it alone. I offer a supportive, down-to-earth therapy space that combines compassion with a direct and honest approach. My work focuses on helping people better understand themselves, navigate difficult emotions and patterns, and develop practical coping tools for everyday life. I take an individualized approach, integrating evidence-based techniques to support meaningful and lasting change.
